This statewide gathering of farmers market managers provided an opportunity to share best practices and precautions for Covid-19 market set-up, ensuring markets remain essential businesses in 2021. Attendees will also learned more about the Sustaining Farmers Market Success project that will provide new resources, educational opportunities, and technical assistance to market managers and vendors. The project also includes a study of the impact of farmers markets on Montana’s economy and attendees will have the opportunity to provide input on how this study can best support their markets.
